I have maid a transaction of Rupees.599/- for purchasing an item on website bigsop.com on late night of 21.09.2014 after believing it as an online bid. The credibility of the website is poor and they are not responding for any of my phone calls . I have transacted money through state bank of India netbanking option through payment gateway www.payu.in. The reference number of the transaction as provided by SBI is 161907115IG000FPAD4 TRANSFER TO 32173669294 STATE BANK OF INDIA. Please revert back to my grievance at the earliest.

The vendor is not attending calls. The payment gateway people(www.payu.in) also not responding. I have posted a grievance to www.payu.in through email.
