i want to state the fact which i am facing by your company the procedure of transfer the name and address of the connection having cell no. 9833179332 i was informed by one of the executive of your company last fortnight that he has come at Khetwadi area which is near by my residence. he was told by me that i am still at my work place at Mumbai Central, i have mentioned the way the way and the proper guidance to reach my residence. THE only problem was there that no one was at my residence and it was locked. So i informed the executive to visit my brothers shop at Thakurdwar he denied due to some reasons .

i only wanted to know one thing that the procedure of the company for verification. IF A PERSON IS WORKING AND IS AT HIS WORKING PLACE WHAT SHOULD HE DO TO CONFIRM HIS ADDRESS AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE IF A EXECUTIVE IS VISITING THE RESIDENCE WITHOUT INFORMING THE CONNECTION HOLDER.

Secondly i wanted to know where i am working for since last 10-13 years if i give the correspondence address and the ID proof of the person (MY BOSS) Is it valid or not please give me the deatails as early as possible i have faced many problems and the time i have spend for this proceedure

OTHER WISE I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO GIVE THE SECURITY BALANCE TO BOTH OF US CONNECTION HOLDER i.e Mrs. Neena Parekh AND MYSELF and convert my connection to prepaid
