Billing Discrepancies

I wish to bring to your notice that how pathetic is your customer care department
My user id is 232778441911 & I have been using your internet services since more than 2 years
Initially your executives used to collect the payment of your bills from my residence only (I have their receipts), but they stopped visiting my residence all of a sudden, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION, and because of this my payment got delayed. Your billing department imposed a fine on me, which I refused to pay because the fault was not mine & I always paid my bill on time (My last month bill was paid before due date & still your billing department imposed a fine of Rs. 25/ in the current bill)
Last week, without giving any notice, my connection was disconnected for 2 days, resulting in my business loss & when I contacted your billing department, I was told that as I had not paid Rs 125 as fine so my services were disconnected. I talked to your customer care department (Executives – Mr shreesh & Mr Tariq & their supervisor Ms Vineeta) on 23/10/10, they were totally helpless & the language of Ms Vineeta was too bad, I contacted Mr Anmol (9310408139) in Delhi, he assured me that the connection will be up in 4-6 hours, which never happened & there was neither any response from his side & nor he answered my calls when I contacted him again
As I was totally frustrated with the callous attitude of your employees, I decided to make all the payment (once again, before due date) on 25/10/10. So I contacted the nearest Reliance Collection Center, near DC chowk Rohini, Delhi. I explained to them my whole problem & they told me that they will give me a goodwill discount of Rs 100/, so instead of paying the full bill of Rs 582/, I need to pay Rs 482/ only. I immediately paid this amount & took a receipt from them & reconfirmed from them that the problem was resolved & my outstanding with Reliance was zero.
But when I contacted your billing department again to verify my outstanding, I was told that no discount has been extended & still I need to pay Rs 100/
I talked to your executive Mr Jeetu Gajare, in customer care department. He was not able to solve my problem & when I asked him to connect me to his superior or to give the Reliance Delhi Nodal officers details, he was not aware of any of these details & hence totally helpless. I once again contacted your Mr Anmol in Delhi, he also vanished after promising to come back after 15 minutes.
Please understand, the issue is not of Rs100/, but this clearly reflects on the unprofessional & callous attitude of your executives, which results in customer harassment & frustration
I request you to immediately look into this problem, waive off the wrongful charges & make sure that your executives conduct themselves professionally before the customers
