My customer Facebook has recieved a shipment thru Fedex vide AWB ## 806741891510 ## FB INDIA. NAd is being currently being handled by One Mr. Murali Yadav his email id is murali.yadav.osv@fedex.com. As per the checklist whoh was earlier shared by you with Facebook it has been noticed following anamolies as below • you have considered personal IEC while filing the Bill of entry, If you have considered the personal IEC code then the requirement of SVB does not come in picture. • Also eth AWB and Invoice mentions of Documents Bags wherein you have considered as PU leather bags • The quantity mentioned in the Invoice and AWB and Invoice is 100 pcs wherein you have consider the Qty as 500 pcs. Can u please explain why are there so many errors and how did you arrive at unit rate of $ 2.95 per piece. This has been dragging for long and there is gross errors while filing the Bill of Entry by Fedex Team in Mumbai and the way we are getting response is also disappointing. need interfrenece by senior team and ensure the package is delivered to Facebook India
