Binsar Villa Club Mahindra – Member Review

Recently I spent 3 nights / 4 days in Binsar Villa. The location of Binsar Villa is really excellent. But I am sorry to say that maintenance of the resorts are really big question mark. I have observed the same maintenance problem in other resorts also ( Emerald Goa / Loonavala ). It may be noted that members are paying regular maintenance charges, but Club Mahindra is unable to maintain all resorts as per the standard normally being followed everywhere. I have following experience in Binsar Villa ( Room No 2231) during may stay ( June 17th to 20th, 2016 ) 1) All window curtains not fixed properly resulting in not getting close properly 2) Sofa at Hall is very uncomfortable and unable to seat 3) Canteen full of flies 4) In bathroom , false titles are budged out 5) Light at shower room not working ; 6) Luggage keeping place – lack of maintenance ( please refer photo) 7) Upholstery are very bad condition ( like bed sheet / pillow cover / bath towels) and the same are not at all white conditions. After repeated follow up with Housekeeping, bed sheet was replaced with comparatively better sheet ( Please refer photo wherein you will able to see the difference between pillow and bed sheet.) It may be noted that bed sheet and pillow covers are never being used in my house. Then why I will spend maintenance charge for enjoying such poor quality upholstery during my stay in club Mahindra?.

Every year we are pay huge maintenance charge . but we are not getting proper service. Club Mahindra is cheating us. Their higher up is not ready speak also. They should do proper maintenance. Their Top management must available to discuss. if they are not able to comply, they should return our money fully.
