Based on there commitment and with an interest to making transaction towards the Biomass Briquetting machinery purchase we made the an advance payment of Rs. 10,000/- as specified below; – Rs. 10,000 /- wide your receipt No. 153/14-15 and your reference no.3/15131/14-15 dated 3/2/2015 Further to mention, they confirmed the receipt of collecting an ‘unauthorized advance amount’ neither towards booking of the machinery or towards the purchase. As this amount is not towards any such sale transactions they are hereby liable to refund our amount of Rs. 10,000/-. Irrespective of there commitment to proceed with the transactions to sell the Biomass Briquetting machinery, they cancelled the transaction unilaterally (on own – Ref there mail dated 14th Feb’15 ) and also not refunding our advance amount of Rs. 10,000/- since 14th February 2015 till date irrespective of our repeated request. This amounts to undue delay, beyond the reasonable time frame for making any transaction related to selling products and holding our unauthorized advance amount without any further reason for which you are not eligible / not having any legal rights and this directly amounts to Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property to Consumer / the Prospective Buyer.

we hereby want refunding our advance amount of Rupees Ten Thousand with applicable Bank interest rate.
