Sir, I have been struggling to contact shopclues.com for the defective product that they have send me ie a projector P-522.First of all they have given send me a defective product.Secondly I have ordered for P-522(Egate) which has wireless transferring of media for streaming of media. But they have send me a P-513 which does not have a wifi capability.Thirdly they are saying that they will not pick the product back.Last today is 20 May 2015 (10:32 AM) and I have been struggling to contact shopclues team from 19 April 2015 .I t has been more than a month. kindly help me

The Product that I was delivered P-513 (Egate projector) Whose cost on P-513 site is Rs 25300/- and I ordered and paid for P-522 (Egate projector) Whose cost is Rs 270980/-.Kindly help me in getting my money back as it is a very huge amount for me and also the product I got is defective as it displays blurr image and noting can be seen.
