i’m Using Tikona Wireless Broadband From SInce 1.5 Years and Continuosly Having same Kind of issue Of Networks and Low Speed From Access Point & My Device. I Complaint Over 15 – 20 Times during this Period of use, they Changed Device on The Tarrace two times after That Even I’m Getting Too Low Speed and Network Issues Are still very High. I’m Currently Using 4 MBPS – Limited Broadband Plan, And Not Getting Speed over more Then 2 MBPS. I Will Attach Screen Shots Regarding Speed Issues With ISP.

I Just Want a Continuous Better Network Access From My Device and Access Point Location Also With My Desired Speed Which is Said According To Plan For What i’m Paying To Them. Otherwise Straight Away From SInce 1.5 years however I’m Suffered From This i Want To have waiver money For that inconvinience Caused Deeply.
