BWITCH – Product Cancellation don’t reply mails answer calls

I’m filing a complaint against the brand BWITCH. It is not mentioned in your list so I have put it as “Contest2Win” temporarily. I placed an online order with Bwitch on 24th March, 2015. Its been two months and my product is still not delivered. I called up several times at their customer care no. (given above), and told them to cancel my order to which they agreed. But they have not done it so far. They don’t even reply to mails and don’t answer calls anymore. When I try tracking the order online, it says “Processing”. There’s no way to cancel it online.

I want my order to get cancelled and want my refund back as soon as possible. There’s no way to make them do this without filing a complaint since they don’t reply to mails or answer calls. It cannot be done online either since I cannot log in to my account. There is a log in problem with the Bwitch site.
