I purchased a Samsung S Duos mobile in BIG C outlet on 28/07/2013 and opted the insurance for Mobile. While I am travelling in City bus in Hyderabad, un identified person stolen my mobile phone. A Complaint was registered in the Police station. After the primary checkup police couldn’t trace the phone and issued a certificate. The documents were sent through On DOT Courier on 30/09/2013 and follow up with the Adithya Birla Insurance Brokers regarding the status. As they asked for additional document which was sent to them with a scanned copy to the email ID which was provided. As of date there is no progress in claiming the policy.

Need to get the Phone sum value or a new Phone.
