Dear Sir/Madam, I want to complaint againt Birla Sun Life Insurance company Mumbai in regarding of my Policy bond not receive and my policy is not cancelled Dear Sir/Madam, I have take a policy “Vision Life Secure Plan” on date of 21 Nov 14 through Representative Mr. Varun Upadhaya (Mob. No. 77930xxxx) My Policy No. is.006638315. But till date I have not received my Original Policy bond from company. Regarding this I have sent many mail to insurance company but they reply me to submit affidavit of Rs. 200/- to receive the copy of Policy Bond. Due to I have try to contact to my adviser but he take switch off his mobile last 2 month so I have mail to cancel my policy. But they told me to do not cancel policy with policy bond they bound me to give Rs. 200/- affidavit. After then I have go to Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Branch Office: Amrapali Circle, Vaisali Nagar, Jaipur but they told me that not any representative is present in this company with name of Varun Upadhaya also they told me that my Adviser is Mr. Moh. Anwar Khan. But I have try to meet mr. anwar khan but he did not meet me. After that I have receive call from company persons regarding this Mr. Manish Gupta Mob. No. 850288xxx, Mr. Rajeev Arora Mob. No.8094001xxx but branch officer tell me regarding these same as Mr. Varun upadhaya that not any person is present with name of Manish Gupta in this company.

Dear Sir/madam, I am requesting you to resolve my problem and I want to reassessment my policy money Rs.50000/- with interest and with expanse Rs.10000/- that have expenditure due to revolving of branch office and in try to contact them.
