hi, my policy no is 001916204 the policy was terminated as i did not get any info regarding renewing the policy. thats ok but for last 45 days i have been trying to get my money back from company birla sun life every time i am getting a new reference number and the agents put the call on hold for 10 min and when i asked for supervisor the call was disconnected after being on hold for 8 min. All *********** are working there useless people NEVER INSVEST IN BIRLA SUN LIFE POOR OR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
