Birla SunLife Insurance Policy Terminated

Dear Sir/madam,

From last 1 month im fighting to activate my Insurance policy ( Dream plan-001090925), but no body take responsibility either agent or Branch manager . However they mail the concern department but no responce.

As per customer care details my policy is terminited due to non payment of EMI (SEP & OCT) from last 2 month, but their is no default from my side becouse my A/c shown enough money and the payment is recover through ECS monthly mode than its ur problem or system error for non transfering money to Birla sunlife a/c. And 2nd thing with ought any email, call or SMS how company will terminate my policy and sent the settlement CHQ which is again not received by me and go back to the Branch.
I found shock that i got msg (Mob-9619171441) from Birlasunlife about not receiving payout settlement CHQ sent by branch after policy terminated, but why BIRLASUNLIFE not send any msg before termination of my policy which is activated from 4-5 yr.
Shall this process and services the BIRLASUNLIFE is giving to the customer?

Please resolve the issue becouse i have uninsured from last 2month.
