I’m a resident of Bangalore City if Kanminike near Kengeri Upnagara area. From past many days here the local mobile shopkeepers are selling jio sim in black asking for minimum of 600rs onwards (600 for orange pack sim and 600+ for blue pack jio sim). Even the registered shopkeepers of jio sim are making reasons like they are running out of stock and all. I dont think there any advantage of your scheme for common people because till due to black marketing we are not getting it. I didn’t find it use full and i am very disappointed.
