Blackberry Curve 9220 phone – device fittings are not proper & I complained

bought a Blackberry Curve 9220 phone on 2-Oct-2013 from Top Ten. On the time of purchase I noticed that the device fittings are not proper & I complained about the same. They said its normal. From the 2nd day the phone started hanging, I was unable to receive calls/make calls. I complained & they took it back to a said service center on 11-Oct-2013 & returned back on 12-Oct-2013, saying it has been upgraded & will not have any problem. Same day evening it again hanged & I took it back to the shop on 13-Oct-2013 & they asked me to change the SIM Card from Vodafone. I did that too still it hanged. I complained but they are ignorant about replacing the instrument. They are giving me vague replies. Being an IT person, I am aware about the problems with the device.

I want my device to be replaced immediately. It had cost me INR 8600 & its not a joke. Whatever be the cost of the device, I want it to be replaced immediately.
