Blackberry – faulty product

We refer to our purchase of Blackberry 9780 through M/s Record Shoppee, Matunga, Mumbai 400 019 vide their Invoice No. 10/11/0139 of 6-Oct-2011 for Rs.21,000/= The said handset had issues couple of times during the Warranty period and was also replaced vide your DC No. MKW/CD/11/35051 of 02 Mar 2012 We had issues again of Network drops, Hanging problem, No Network and was handed to M/s Sap Mobile – Dadar on 05 April 2013 under WARRANTY Work Order No. DJD/BB/13/01998 We were informed on May 13, 2013 after several follow ups that handset has come back and kindly arrange to collect the same. No one informed that it has come back without repairs. Undersigned visited M/s Sap Mobile-Dadar, Mumbai on May 16, 2013 to collect the same, to our surprised we were informed that the same has been returned back without repairs and need to replace LCD and is out of Warranty. We than approached M/s Record Shoppe who had directed us to M/s Sap Mobile to contact Mr. Amit Satam on phone. When contacted him he assured us that the same would be attended under warranty and would have some response by May 23, 2013. We also met Mr. Anil Sapakal on May 16, 2013 and had explained the issues. He had also assured us to have the matter resolved by May 23, 2013. We had sent an official letter to Redington Reverse Logistic Center India Ltd. Chennai on July 12, 2013. Received an email on 19/7/2013 that handset is ready. Our representative visited and found handset body as damaged. Have no response till date.

Request to help to get the refund of Rs.21,000/= paid to M/s Record Shoppee.
