I was purchasing blackberry handset in 2012, since purchasing that handset that was not working properly, I regularly visit blackberry service center at Gurgaon which is 50 KM far from where I am residing but they make me fool every time. They did software update and returned me back and say it’s ok now sir., but after within 1 -2 months its create same problems, again I visit customer care they again make me fool. This will repeat 5-6 time since purchasing, now 2 days ago I was again visit service center for same issue they told me sir this time we charged to making you fool because your handset is out of warranty. I write to blackberry customer support twice but they still not revert on this. I spent more than cost of device in deposit and collecting handset. What I get to buying blackberry device, this was like pain for me. I need justification else I will go to file a case against blackberry. I am having all records of deposit handset in service center. Wasting Rs.800 petrol and Rs 120 toll and half day while depositing and collecting device at service center, because I am living in Bhiwadi which is 50 km far from nearest service center.
