I bought the deal mentioned in mail attached (Gmail – India,Thailand and Malaysia, Just Rs 7799.pdf) from Vacation Gateways for hotel booking anytime during the year. Refer mail attached for complete details of the deal. Each voucher cost me around 8000 rupees. Me and my family planned a vacation to OOTY in first week of October. As per the deal bought I informed Customer Care of Vacation Gateways to book hotel as per the list given at least 40 days before. I even sent the booking form through DTDC courier. They acknowledged reception of booking form and told me that my booking is in progress. As times passed there was no communication from Vacation Gateways regarding the booking. If I called they gave me the same response that my booking is in progress. But, ultimately they did not book any hotel. They did not inform or update me anything. Later, I had to cancel all train tickets for me and my family. My vacation plan was ruined by them. I am very upset with their service. They did not keep their part of the deal. Even though they had 40 days to do the booking they kept me waiting as if they wanted me to get frustrated and cancel the booking. My entire conversation with them from buying of the deal till latest of booking the hotel for OOTY is attached with this complaint. Please take appropriate action to get me my money back. It is a clear case of fraud.

Considering the time I demand a compensation of at least 25000 rupees.
