I received a faulty item from shopclues (Nokia Lumia 520 Touch Screen Digitizer With Frame Black Limited Stock. HOT Sale (QTY:1))via order number 18980747. I immediately informed the shopclues about the product and I claimed for return and refund of the product. As per their instruction I sent the item by myself to their designated address under the return ID 428813. They acknowledged the receive of the product return, but still more than 1 month they are not refunding my money Rs 800 and my courier charge Rs 180. When I ask them all the time they reply me that they are initiating the process, and still it is not refunded. I have more than 50 mail conversation with the shopclues customer care about the matter, but no success to get my refund.

Get the refund of the product money Rs 800 and the courier charge Rs 180.
