as per IDEA Cellular offer for ISD calls their Tariff discount offer is available while call is blocked from IDEA so they are cheating with the customers and i complaint in customer care but they clearly respond me that inspire our current offer we have scheme of ISD tariff cut rate but extremely sorry that in some countries IDEA cellular blocked ISD calls so you cant call in these countries. From Idea i cant call to USA,Canada, Kenya, Some Europe Country while they have offer to some countries for ISD Tariff cut call rates but inspire i cant call to this countries. so please do the need full on urgent basis.

IDEA is offering ISD cut rates in USA but they have block the calls to USA so they are cheating with Customers one side they are taking money for ISD cut rates but other side no service on offered country. so take legal action against IDEA Cellular.
