Blackberry Q5 – Warranty not covered by company

Warranty not covered by company in spite of no damage to the cell phone physically. Internal part has been shown missing by company reason for the damage is unknown. Exterior condition of the handset Blackberry Q5 is excellent, the cell reboots and has stopped working now, Phone bought in Aug 2013 inspite of no physical damage company is not ready to give replacement due to internal fault nad is charging INR 23,000 for repair.Bluntly denied warranty inspire of explaining that phone has not been opened. Internal damage can be due to improper fitting also why should consumer bear the charges when the phone has not been subjected to any physical exterior damage.

I would want a replacement for the same handset from the company, as this handset is a defective one. Their is a component missing as they say without the phone being opened once also.
