Blackberry services not running

I ported my number from Vodafone to airtel thinking that ill get satisfied services. I then activated my blackberry services on 31st October 2011 and up till yesterday that is 11th November 2011 it was all working fine. But all of a sudden I am not able to send or receive messages, mails or anything else which has hampered a lot of my work as of now. I already talked with the executives at airtel who told me to call at 9898547070. But this is the funny part because when i tried calling that number this is the response I get – “Welcome Airtel, Your number is not valid to access this service so kindly call on 121 for more information” and then i did call on 121 also where i again talked with the airtel executive who told me that the system showed that everything was fine, and ill have to call at 7070 number only to get it resolved. Now I am in no where between as airtel says to call on that number and that number is not responding so what am I supposed to do. I really dont think that customers are left like this before so cant stop my self saying this – “Vodafone customer care services are far better than that of Airtel”.
