I have submitted my BlackBerry Z30, for repairs to Newtech Solutions on 18th April 2015. It has been a month and still it is not repaired. Every time I call them, they tell me that they have ordered the spare parts and the spare parts have not available from BlackBerry (RIM). Work Order Number is VZI/BB/15/00102 I have also tried getting in touch with Ashish Patil (ashish.patil@ensureservices.in) but no one is able to provide an ETA on when the phone will be repaired

This BlackBerry Z30 is my work phone, issued to me by my employer for work related communications. I am now not able to check my work email regularly and respond to them on time. It has created a negative image of me in the company and could impact my professional growth. As I do not have a proper phone now, I am unable to take client calls outside of office. In this time of global connectivity, it is harassing to not to repair phone on time and keep it in service center for more than a month.
