Blackberry – Started Restart On Its Own – Review

I had purchased Blackberry model no. 9320 from croma, within 8 months of the purchase the model started to restart on its own, i submitted the phone to the authorized service centre for repair under warranty vide their work order no. ZRV/BB/14/17975, case id no. BN0197459 on 5th june 2014. As per the Work order they are suppose to replace the phone in 10 working days, today on 25th june 2014, their reply is that they don’t have a new piece and don’t know when will they be able to replace it for me. All my contact are on blackberry protect and it will require blackberry headset to get my contacts. form the past 20 days i haven’t been able to contact anyone and have to ask people for number.

i would like them to replace the phone at the earliest so i can get my contact and pay me compensation for the agony i am going through.
