I had order Universal Adapter for my Laptop on 17th June’14 (Order Ref. no. 9873018). On 18th I received a text message stating that the product is dispatched through FedEx vide AWB no 770322257025. On 20th June I called the FedEx as I had not received the product still, I was told by FedEx customer service that they have only received the shipment information and not the package. I called rediff customer service and informed them that product is not yet handed over to them, but the executive informed it is already shipped. on 23rd June called them again as I was assured I would get the product in the next 24-48 hours else they would cancel the order. I again called them on 24th June for cancellation as I did not receive the product. Now on 25th June the Rediff executive is telling that it is already shipped and cannot be cancelled after I informed that I have already called yesterday for cancellation. executive told me that it would take 24 hours for cancellation after that it would take another week for the refund.
