BlackBerry Z10 Faulty Battery Not Replaced

My name is B.Vishnu Theja Reddy and I purchased a BlackBerry Z10 Black mobile (vide IMEI no.357033054380332) on 9th April 2014. The battery of the mobile is not properly charging and hence I approached the service centre at Hyderabad in October 2014. The software was updated as a remedy for the issue . I approached the service centre with the same problem on 26th February 2015 and I was appalled when I was told that the warranty for battery expired after the first six months of the purchase of the phone and they refused to replace the faulty battery. Their argument is in contravention with the terms of agreement a Purchaser enters with BlackBerry (Refer the Above attachment), which unequivocally state that the warranty for the Battery lasts for a year. I pray you to consider my plea and resolve it at the earliest.

I want to get the faulty battery replaced with a new one for free of cost as my device’s battery is covered under Warranty for a year from the date of purchase(Please check the attachment).
