Dear Sir / Madam, I have given a BlackBerry Z10 for repair on 8th July, 2014, jobsheet No: 8031013337 and it’s still not fixed. I communicated many times and every time I was given a date after 8-10 days, but the device was never delivered, till now I was promised 6 times with different dates which were never met. I am a businessman and that involves a lot of travel. My business depends on email communication to a large extent. I purchased the phone paying Rs. 41000.00 on 06/07/2014 its sad to its going dead just after one year, more pathetic is the support team, after two and half months of submission, I still do not have any resolution. In last two months, I suffered on business for this reason, practically due to my inability to check and reply mails during my travel time, I lost more than Rs. 3,50,000.00 worth of business, which really matters to small business owners like me. The harassment and mental anguish added a lot more to that. I need my phone back functioning properly asap before I suffer more without it. Please look into the matter and help me, please. I have all email proofs which can easily satisfy and prove that due to late mail responses from my end, which was purely because I did not have that phone where I can check and reply mails; the business / commercial loss was incurred. The harassment and mental anguish added a lot more to that. I could have bought another phone with mail facility, but I did not cause I counted on their words of returning the phone in given time frame and date promised, which they failed, repeatedly.
