There is a problem with the ringer, the handset gets heated up plus the handset gets hanged very frequently. I have already gone to the blackberry service centre 7 times for same concern but every time the same problem seems to occur. The complaint nos for the 7 ocassions are mentioned respectively -: 8001015021, 8001015362, 8001016744, 8006007227, 8006008048, 8006009555

I have been through a lot of mental harrasment. I have also suffered business and economic losses as i dint have a proper working handset and it didnt happen just once but for 7 times in d last 4 months.

I would like to get my money refunded from blackberry mobiles.
