Micromax Mobile , no service from service center

I had bought Micromax Canvas A110 (IMEI:911239258570060) from a shop which was a touch phone and had a warranty of 1 year but only after 3 months the touch of the phone stopped working.I took the phone to the service centre (on 15th June 2013) and they promised me to resolve the issue and asked me to deposit my phone for 15 days.Even after 15 days they did not return my phone and after several approaches that I was finally returned my phone after 5 more days.On bringing back my phone I found that the issue was not resolved and continued giving me the same problem again.Once again I took my mobile phone to the service centre they again asked me to deposit my phone for repair on 3rd July 2013(Request No. *N040559-0713-4340337*) for 15 days and I submitted the mobile phone at the service center but again after 15 days they are saying they cannot repair my phone.I said I will go to consumer court and they remained indifferent to my warning.

I find only two options viable 1)Replace the mobile phone with a new phone to me with no problems and extended warranty of one month. or 2)Return back my money completely along with a compensation of the headaches that I have gone through
