A packet to be sent to Jammu handed over to blazeflash on 28.01.2014 has not been delivered till date. I have not received any reply from there end despite writing many mails! This is so annoying and troublesome. I have been following with the agent who took the consignment and he is also not helping in geting the information from Blazeflash. This is happening second time with me that the packet handed over to blazeflash has not been delivered. On wht basis these courier companies run i dont understand. License should be cancelled for such unprofessional companies. I am writing to you as a last resort. I work with supreme court and will not take much time to take legal action in case you dont help me!

Firstly, provide me the whereabouts of my packet and I demand compensation of 5000 from Blazeflash for the mental harassment.
