Respected,Sir,My name is Vijay Samadhiya i have purchase a product of videocon(LCD) on 25/05/2013.After few day some problem in my lcd and the service center change the display of LCD without light.After few days some prboblem in lcd display & picture(many yellow spot on face) not clear. Many complain to service center & no response from service center.Last complain through by dealer & Complain No is AGR 2202140150 On 22/02/2014 service by kishor(8192900076) and they closed complain without visit my home on same date(22/02/2014).Many time i call the service center(8171627517),customer care(052239404040),Videocon head tell by dealer Mr Raghav(8171491111),Area Incharge Mr Ojesh Yadav(8171955602),Dealer Mr Alok upadhyay(9837125283,8273082810)and no response.Some Complain are AGR 2412130190, AGR2901140147, AGR2001140133. Last call from videocon on 24/02/2014(8171115599)& they said we provide the service then i asked when they reply as soon as possible and today is 11/03/2014 & no response for today date.

Respected,Sir,Many time i call the service center customer care,videocon head,Area incharge,Dealer.When service center not response my problem then i call dealer & visit with lcd(4-5 time).NO response from dealer.I have very disappoint and mentaly disturb.Please Solve My problem.
