my mother sent me a parcel from gangtok, sikkim on 19 December and i still haven’t received it. the blazeflash office from gangtok called the pune centre a number of times and they say they’ll deliver it but never do it.

i want my parcel back and want to be compensated for the time and money sent on following up.
