My complaint is against tata aig insurance, as all other insurance companies they also made us deposit premium on time for the car they insured , but my car was recently stolen away. They are now not willing to pay the claim. My car was firstly registered to other person as my insurance to another. According to company policy both have to be under same name , thus we were under process to make them under same name but it was stolen during that process and now they are not giving us the claim

I just want tata aig insurance to pay me the claim that they have to do as fast as possible. I look towards you with great hope in resolving this dispute. They should also compensate for mental stress they gave to my son
