Blue Dart Courier Inefficiency in Service/ Misbehavior/Will full Negligence

I Had Applied for The SBI CARD and on 9th October it was sent from Mumbai to Trivandrum by Bluedart Courier (AWB – 43594388423) and Arrived at office on 13 October. My Parcel was not Delivered Even after Continuous Calling Attempt at office. I Duly Made them aware that I HAVE TO LEAVE ON 15th BY Flight to Delhi. I was Misguided that it will be Delivered on 14th October and It was Duly Confirmed. As I changed my House on 14th October, They Came to deliver on 15th night and Denied the delivery as I changed My home. During this Whole Scenario, Inefficiency of Service, Willfull Negligence was observed with ample Misbehavior as The Staff Continuously Hung Up my Call. As The result, My Flight got missed, Credit Card Delivery got Denied, the Future Use of the Credit card that was To buy a Gift Phone is Troubled. IF the courier Service and staff was a lil bit more concerned, dedicated and Professional, This Mess Would have been Prevented.

I demand 1). Paid Compensation for the Loss Suffered in Online Selling Transaction. (eBay India) 2). Paid Compensation for the Misbehaviour and Inefficiency of Service. 3). Apology Note
