I sent a document by blue dart courier through docket no. 14402493420 on 23rd February 2015 to Duliajan (Assam, Blue dart committed me to deliver it by 48 hours on its customer care. But today its 27 Feb 2015 and my document is not delivered, its containing urgent documents and i am feeling difficulty by blue dart poor service.

Blue dart should refund my total money which i have sent on booking of courier (350 Rs)because they are failed in deliver the document within 48 hours.
