I bought Karbonn Titanium S9 phone on 1-April-14 from Elegant Communication Rajendra Nagar in Rs. 14,500. After 4 months Mobile become dead then I submitted it in customer care for service. After 45 days when I received to mobile It was even in worst condition, I resubmitted it on 1-Dec-14 and till then I am waiting to get the phone from Service Station. Complain # is 569298 and IMEI No. Is 911333000055171. Looking for your urgent help in this regard.

In 11 Months phone was with Service centre for almost 5 months, It’s one of the expensive phone of Karbonn mobile of Rs 14,500/- and for almost 3 months I have to call/visit the service center which is causing financial lose and mental stress.
