Hi,

Yesterday i was supposed to receive my citibank credit card which was sent via above AWB No. on the address:
F-43 , Ground Floor, Radhey Puri, Delhi (East) 110051

I would like to complain against the delivery man who came to deliver this card yesterday. Despite showing him my PAN CARD, and also i offered him my VOTER ID CARD and

AADHAR Card of same address, he did not deliver the card to me intendidly, and ran away.

I have recently shifted to a new house at 21 School Lane, Radhey Puri, but obviously i do not have any address proof of this new house.

This is the reason, i could not so far change my address with Citibank, because obviously, i cannot send them any new address proof.

However, tell me one thing, till the time i have not sold off my previous property, am i not the owner of that ?? Even though i have shifted from there, am i not the owner of my
previous property (F-43) ?

I met your courier boy , at F – 43 address , yesterday, which was locked, and i offered him that he waits for 3 min and i get the key to open that lock, to convince him, however he ran away, in the meantime. I came back with my wife at F-43 with keys in hand, and our neighbours told us, that he has left on his bike.

What kind of behaviour is this ??? Isn’t it intentionally he denied delivery of my credit card ???
I mean , are all of address proof, I.E. VOTER ID , AADHAR and PNB PASSBOOK, are they useless ??? Am i not the owner of my property anymore, even though i have not
sold it yet ?? Is it a crime, to give this address to someone or order things at this address. This is still my home

Esp when i have newly shifted to another house and do not have any paper proof of that address. Even the registery of my house is in my wife’s name, so i do not have any

address proof of my new address.

I would request you to investigate on this and take action against such a rude and impractical courier boy.

The front side of my property F-43 Radhey Puri is converted into a PNB agent ( FRANCHISEE GRAHAK SEWA KENDRA ), and despite showing your courier boy , the side door which is still locked, he did not believe me. He refused to come with me to my new house which is 1 min walk away.

He refused to see my PAN card ..

Like a muddlehead, he kept on saying that my official address is also not same ?? How can my official address is same ?
This is a 12 year old relationship i have with citibank and since then i have changed multiple jobs.

My official address with citibank is of same company where i signed up for CC i.e. 219 Okhla Industrial Estate , phase 3

However, currently i am working with British Airways, Dlf plaza Tower, phase -1 Gurgaon

I would request some sane person to look into all what happened yesterday and take necessary action and give my CC delivered to me
