I purchased Moto X play 6 months back from flipkart. On my first purchase I got defective Phone which has a sim slot problem. The phone was frequently showing no sim error. I replaced the phone with new one. Till now it was working fine. But from last 2 weeks I again got the same fault. I I need to restart the phone to get the sim active. after few days my one sim slot stopped reading sim. I sent it to moto service center and they told the sim slot is damaged and it is not in warranty. To repair it they are asking to replace the mother board which will cost Rs. 9000. I dont know why do you make such rubbish and delicate products. or its a trick to fool customers. This was not expected when i bought phone. Firstly you make such a delicate and faulty product and if customer finds any problem you dont give them proper service. Seriously Pathetic Quality Phones you make. And Pa thetic service. I recommend dont buy expensive moto phones. because it may cost you double of your purchase if any fault comes.
