Bluedart – Delay in delivery of parcel

registered for a pick up of a parcel which is a mobile phone and paid a cash amount of 1159 as service charge on 9 th July 2014 and I was told that it will be delivered within 4 days. Even after 15 days it is on hold for paperwork even I submitted my form 39 as guided by customer care representative and they promised to call back but never did.

The mobile phone is not delivered on time due to which I could not get in touch with my sister who is suffering from ill health and I wanted to stay in touch with her as her phone is damaged and she did not baught other cellphone as she was waiting for this cellphone to e delivered.
