i had a parcel send by one online shopping (www.paytm.com) to blue dart courier which have reference no 559778733 and wbn no-69145781482. although the parcel has reached to my area around 3 days ago(17th sept) ,as shown by the website of blue dart but no phone call or any other type of communication was made by them. today when i came to there office(cooch behar office,near deepanita gas service)they told me that the address is beyond there delivery. they completely denied to handed over the product to me in sprite of having valid identity proof with me and they misbehaved with me.
i want the delivery of the product . and my question is whey they received it in spirit of having difficulty regarding delivery?
