This is regarding Bluedart Way Bill No: 50300989200. I sent one urgent personal item for delivery by Bluedart from Mumbai to Nasik. For sake of confirmation, I checked 2-3 times about total cost and delivery time. I was told 1490 rs for delivery within 24hrs. I reconfirmed the total cost so that there are no other costa involved. I paid for that amount for the promise of delivery within 24 hrs. But to my dismay, the item didn’t reach in 4 days and I was asked to pay additional 1450 rs on account of octroi and then only item will be released. When confronted seriously then they released item on 5th day. I paid high cost for express delivery still I suffered a lot. These companies only play with customer’s money and sentiments. And service level is worst. Even customer care didn’t respond. Nobody was lifting phone in Mumbai and Nasik offices.

Return if courier charges + extra money (rs 500) spent in fetching item from their warehouse to home.
