I had ordered a Samsun’s Micro SD card from Flipkart which was supposed to be delivered by Bluedart. The product reached Agartala on 20th of May. Bluedart did nothing. They did not call me, neither did they remotely try to locate the place. They mentioned on the website that the address was incomplete, which is a blatant lie,and a ridiculous excuse for their incompetence. After seven days they resent the order to the sender. And throughout the whole time (two weeks ) not a single phone call was made to me. On being called them, they kept referring me from one center to another, and also did not provide any contact number for the above mentioned center. Not much, but this is not the first time its happening, so it has been an extremely harassing and annoying experience for me.
