Online registration and payment for hd set top box for Tatasky done and even after 50 hrs , no one has come for installation. Technicians who called me for installation were drunk and were asking extra money for installation and on denying for the same , they are not even picking up the call even after trying for 25 times in a single day. customer care also is not taking any action against them. technicians who called me in completely drunk state carrying the mobile no.s 810564xxx & 9900228xxx. Now payment is done from my side and installation is not done and my money is blocked. pls help

1. I want strict action to be taken against the technicians (whose mobile numbers are mentioned in complaint) and apology from them. 2. company should pay us 5 times the amount we have paid them for set top box for not taking any action, giving mental agony, phone bill for calling them repeatedly, and for refraining from seeing the cable tv.
