Airtel DTH – Website Not displaying correct information

Airtel DTH Customer id:3007329600 Customer Name:Ashok Chouhan Package Name: Magnum 18 HD 12 Month ADV Pack Sep-13(Upfront NRC Rs.6500) The complaint is pertaining to the above customer account.The website of Airtel DTH clearly mentions in the customer account that they are providing 1 year subscription Select a recharge pack pack name amount validity 12 Months Pack rs.6500 12 months (30 Days Free) recharge 6 Months Pack rs.3900 6 months (15 Days Free) recharge Monthly Pack rs.650 1 month recharge after i make the payment of Rs 5600 the system tells that its validity is till Jan 2016.The transaction id is 602315837. I contacted the customer helpline of Airtel DTH and they are saying that the website is not authentic and is not displaying correct information. When i asked them how you are accepting payments through it they had no answer to it.They took the entire amount and now are denying to provide me the service.According to the company website i have payed them for a complete year and i should get validity for complete 13 months. The Behavior of the supervisor was very rude and uncalled for Please take appropriate action against them Regards Ashok Chouhan 9983321xxx
