Sir, my name is Ashim Majumder from AGARTALA,TRIPURA. I am receiver of 1 parcel from Bluedart Agartala franchise. I track it but it shows no recent tracking details. I contacted Bluedart Agartala Office by land phone no-03812328xxx, the number is not exist I also call their mobile no 9612774xxx but it is all time switch off. I personally go to their office for know the status they told to come back after some days. I go again today to their Office they told me to come back again. I ask them why do they harass me. They misbehave with me. I told them to call me if the parcel come they told me that they donot call me. I have to go & ask about this.

I want compensation. Customer service should better, Communication need improvement. I contacted with bluedart Kolkata customer care by email-csccu@bluedart.com but they cannot solve my problem.
