I was supposed to receive a package from SBI, Mumbai at my home address. Bluedart Courier Delivery Guys never attempted to deliver, maybe because of bad weather. They wrongly updated the status as – “Consignee Shifted From The Given Address” and “Wrong Pincode, Will Impact Delivery”, and returned the shipment to the shipper. Both of these statements are untrue.

I had to pay for a product that I did not receive. The shipper refuses to ship the product again. I may have to pay them again for that. The issue is yet to be resolved with the original shipper. I want my package to be collected from my shipper and delivered at my location.
