This is with respect to the waybill# 69161242080. This package was supposed to deliver on sept 20th and it is not delivered yet. When i check the status via website or with call center they are saying there is no such consignee in the given address. In fact there was another courier delivered the stuff on the same day to the same address. The address given was the following KEERTHI FLORA APARTMENTS, ASTER-010, BROOKEFIELDS, ITPL MAIN ROAD, KUNDALAHALLI, BANGALORE-560037

I was supposed to give this package as a gift to one of the birthday party of friend and i could not do that due to which my goodwill has been affected.

I want the package to be delivered as soon as possible
