I Purchased a BMW 520d from BMW Navnit Andheri, Mumbai, on 5th Jan 2013. The Car is just 6 months and 1500 Kms, but has had some serious problems. 1> Withing 1 month, the suspension started making noise. BMW inspected it and said it was a “Faulty Suspension”, and replaced the suspension. 2> Both remotes would frequently fail to work. BMW repaired it. 3> Brakes started making strange sound. BMW rectified it. 4> In the middle of the night, with 4 peaople in the car, and driving at a speed arond 100 km/h, the brakes failed. fortunately the road ahead was empty so i had enough stoppage time. BMW said the engine is faulty, so the entire engine has to be replaced! My car was with BMW for 50 days! (Fifty days), cos the engine had to be imported from Germany. During this time I have paid two EMIs (Rs 1,50,000/-) without even having my car with me! They did lend me a loaner car though. I have written several letters to BMW India and BMW Germany, asking for a replacement for my car but in vain. I feel cheated for being given a car with Faulty Suspension, Faulty Remotes, Faulty BRAKES, and Faulty Engine. Now finally they gave me my car back and promised that everything would work fine but within ONE day itself I realized that the USB port is nit functioning. I am fed up of this and need your help! They are offering me as a compensation, some DVD screens and floor mats. I want none of those. I just want a new car.

A BRAND NEW CAR (same model), what I paid for. 5 year extended warranty, so that i have the mental peace that this would not happen to me again.
