Tradus.com – Not Refunding my payment

I bought Xolo Q700 mobile phone from site Tradus.com; while booking the mobile phone one error occurred and transaction has been declined however, my credit card co. debited the amount. In this regard I escalated the issue on the same day i.e. on 5th July 2013 as there is no any contact number to contact Tradus. I received reply from there that the Refund amount will be credited within 3 working days to my credit card account. Later on on 8th July I received an email in which it has been mentioned that they initiated the refund request and it will take 3 business days to complete the refund request. Today is 23 July 2013 and the same has not been credited to my Credit Card account. So request you to please look into the matter and resolved my issue at the earliest and refund the amount at the earliest.

I am regularly sending email to them as there is no any contact number to contact them. They are not replying to my email. In this regard,I escalated this issue to their higher management but I did not get any single reply from them. I am very much worried as they are mentally harassing me. Moreover, I need to make payment to Credit Card co.

I want my refund amount of Rs.8861.00 along with Rs. 100000/- as compensation amount against mental harassment and depression.
