I ordered a power bank mi 10400mah from bookmyoffer.com. my order details are Reference no. “080467776955632” and email-id “v.95.kushalgarh@gmail.com”, the product I received was broken and totally defective, I am attaching a picture of the same. I sent an mail regarding this on the same day that i received product (25th may 2015) and also submitted a query on their official website but they didn’t respond me till now( 2nd June2015). I tried to contact them on their given no but they are not responding.
i was left with nothing even after spending 580 rs for a product which the company claimed would be of 31 rs only
